MainVoice.net (Main Voice Communications Servers) Terms of Service

Billing:

MainVoice Communications will have the right to set up your services of your choosing only if a full payment is made. Every client will have to pay the full amount of the services before any setups are to be made. There will be a reminder from your billing cycle with in 5 days and you have the responsibilities to pay the charges before the deadline of the billing cycle. MainVoice Communications staff will have the right to disrupt, suspend, or cancel your services if the payment is not received. There will be a recurring subscription for some specific services, and you will be notified if you would like to remove the subscription on the services and this may or may not happen depending on the services you have. If there is a billing mistake that we have done or you did not receive your services with in 7-9 days we will offer a full refund for your services that you ordered. But if the mistake was done by the client we will not refund the order, there is also a no refund policy once you purchase it you are stuck with it. Also if there is any fraud information we have the right to contact the authority to resolve the fraud issue with your account. We also have the right to go through your information if there is any emergency policy or issues that we may have with your account or the billing system. If you resell or mistreat your services we have the right to cancel your services with out a refund, unless you have a written agreement from the CEO. What we provide:

MainVoice Communications offers the top quality VoIP/Dedicated servers and Web hosting services. We support our boxes with the top bandwidth providers. We also offer for each client a 24/7 customer support. We have live support, ticketing system and a toll free number. You must give us a time limit due to the traffic of the support system. If you don’t receive any emails from the support department with in 3-4 days please send and email to support@MainVoice.net. We will complete your support and issues that you may have with your services as soon as we possibly can. All support will be approved only if support ticket is sent through the Main Voice Communications Support System

Upgrades:

All upgrades will not take affect during the current billing cycle, all new upgrades will take place during the start of the new billing cycle. If the client needs an immediate upgrade the client must pay the pro rated price for the upgrade until his actual due date, but the client will not get extended dates with in their billing cycle.

Set ups:


All setups are to be made with in 24 hours of the day of purchase. It may change on any specific services such as Dedicated Servers or a Resellers Package many more, you will be notified the setup rate on the description of the order form.

Cancellation:

Our cancellation policy requires an email request to Billing@MainVoice.net , Support@MainVoice.net OR a ticket at http://billing.mainvoice.net requesting a cancellation on the server. It is mandatory you provide the name on the account and your server ftp user name and or password. Cancellations in mIRC as well as Live Support must be verified by email to the account holder to be considered canceled or Order ID with NO exceptions. You should also cancel your paypal subscription if one has been created. Failure to do this will result in your service being automatically billed once due. We reserve the right to cancel your services instantly without refund should you missuse any of our services or harrass any staff in any way.

Resellers:

Due to the traffic of our Reseller packages, it may take up to 48 hours to set up your custom Resellers account. Resellers account and price list can only be custom asked through direct contact with us and not through our ordering system. If you are interested in our Resellers Packages you should contact us at Resellers@MainVoice.net. If after payment we end up not having your resellers spec in stock we will give you a full refund for your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for your services to be set up. Your billing cycle will include the 48 hours setup while your resellers are being set up. Please take a note that we pro rate our resellers and you become due on the last day of the month through your billing cycle. These have to be manual payments and will also give you the options to upgrade and or downgrade at ANY time. Depending on the configuration you have we may need more time to set up your services, the less the faster it will be set up. We will give you a default account name and password through your email. Custom control panel will also be included with your services for both Ventrilo and MohawkVoice. Your reseller clients should NEVER contact us directly. If you are to break any Ventrilo or MohawkVoice terms or resell your reseller package we hold the right to cancel your account with no refund. We resell our voice servers through Hurricane Host Inc and have permission from them to sell reseller accounts. You can contact us at any time for your custom quote. Price per slot is at $0.27

Our Terms:

Our policies may change at any time. It is the responsibility of our clients to monitor this page to keep up to date and current with our TOS agreement. Failure to comply with our TOS may be just cause for Main Voice Communications and its entities to terminate our agreement. No other contract shall negate any part of our TOS agreement. As always we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone as well as cancel any service of anyone who breaks any rules or disrespects staff in any way shape or form.
